Several times a year, parishioners prepare meals for Eva's Kitchen in Paterson.  Eva's Kitchen feeds many poor and hungry people each day.  Our parishioners are given a receipe and a foil pan a week or so before the actual day and asked to prepare the food and bring it to the OLM parking lot at a specific time and date.  Volunteers collect the food and bring it to Eva's Kitchen and help in the serving of the lunch meal.
