THE FATHER ENGLISH CENTER, 435 Main Street, Paterson, NJ  (973) 881-0280, runs many programs of benefit to the poor and homeless -- food bank serving 1,500-2,000 people a month, clothing boutique, day care center, youth hostel, job reference center, and help of many kinds for newly arrived immigrants.  It is housed in former parish church, school and gymnasium buildings.  OLM is presently collecting clothing in the House of Hope, which is shared with Martin de Porres.  We are also collecting groceries on the fourth weekend of each month and men's T-shirts, briefs and socks on an on-going basis.  Arrangements can be made for bulk donations of  clothing or food.

ONE WEEKEND A MONTH....THE 4TH SUNDAY --.  PLEASE BRING NON-PERISHABLE FOOD GOODS TO MASS.  LEAVE THEM IN THE ENTRANCE OF THE CHURCH NEAREST THE SCHOOL AND PARKING LOT.
